Demo Morselli conductor The famous Italian conductor Demo Morselli is touring in Italy powered by 8 QSA 112A constant line array speakers,8 QSA 118SA subwoofers and 6 QM 115 monitors. He is very happy about the sound quality of the system.He said that in his long experience as orchestra conductor never heard a sound sytem such powerfull having a very good clearity in sound as QSA 112A got.

New PDT Tweeter in Qube line array The QA108 line array system is QUBE's latest leap forward in the effort to serve the growing demand for compact and portable professional line arrays. Both the QA108 passive and the QA108a powered models feature extraordinary power output, clarity and flexibility to deliver high quality audio reproduction in attractive, compact, easy to handle and affordable systems. Both the powered and passive two way enclosures are equipped with an 8” neodymium magnet woofer and a specially designed 150mm (6") neodymium planar tweeter known as a Pleated Diaphragm Tweeter (PDT) coupled to a waveguide that boasts a cylindrical projection with a dispersion of 10°V x 100°H. The PDT tweeter is an extremely high quality high frequency component, with a myriad of advantages including: • increase in the vertical projection surface • Multiple fold design capable of moving air at a speed four times greater than a single-fold design. • Increase in the efficiency of high frequencies thanks to a radiation surface that's four times the size of a conventional tweeter or an equivalent compression driver. • Horizontal dispersion of 100°. • Reduced distortion factor delivering 10 times less distortion than a conventional high frequency driver or tweeter. • PDT technology offers total wave front coherence without the use of any adapters. • Audible quality increase in terms of non-linearity and temporal distortion (time spread). For all of these reasons and more, the PDT contributes an enormous added value to QA108 line arrays, delivering sound quality, timbre, definition and clarity in a single enclosure that is simply unsurpassable. All QA108 compact enclosures have a trapezoidal shape with an angle of 10V° and are constructed with 12mm (1/2") Baltic birch plywood finished with scratch and scuff resistant black paint. The cabinets are provided with two integrated aluminum fly points for suspension allowing 10 different settings in 1° steps from 0° to 10°V and provide a safety factor of 10:1 (8 cabinets), and 7:1 (12 cabinets). QA108a line array system features Class D amplifiers with a switch mode power supply, delivering 400W RMS LF and 100W RMS HF. A built-in DSP provides crossover, equalization and component protection. The DSP has a four-position switch allowing users to select between four different EQ curves, with each selection dependent on the number of the cabinets used: either one, two, four, eight or as many as 12 speakers. QA108 is two way passive line array system featuring a high quality passive crossover network with a built-in soft thermal protection circuit boasting an auto-reset feature for the LF woofer and the HF PDT. Biamp or full-range passive operation mode is user selectable from the rear panel Designed for use as main left/right array systems in small to mid-size applications that demand exact throw and even coverage, QA108 line array systems open up new possibilities in creating extreme curvature arrays. That means they can be used as down-fills, front-fills, side-fills or as compact stand-alone units as well as ground-stacked on top of subwoofers. QA118Sa is the matching active subwoofer for QA108a two way line array cabinets bringing additional low frequency SPL to any sound system. A compact, high power subwoofer system loaded with a B&C® custom made 18” woofer and a 4” voice coil in a bass reflex design, the QA118Sa is powered by an internal 1200W Class D power amplifier with a switch mode power supply. With an extended frequency response that goes down to 33Hz, the subwoofer delivers 132dB SPL. The DSP controller provides six different equalization presets and six different delay settings. The QA118a cabinet is constructed with 18mm (3/4”) Baltic birch plywood and finished with scratch and scuff resistant black paint. Ergonomically placed integrated handles also make for easy handling, lifting and transportation. QA118S is the companion subwoofer for QA108 passive two-way line array cabinets. The QA118S compact, high power subwoofer system is loaded with a B&C® custom made 18” woofer with a 4” voice coil in a bass-reflex designed cabinet that is capable of handling 1200W at 4ohms. With an extended frequency response down to 36Hz, the QA118S delivers 132dB SPL. The cabinet is constructed with 13ply, 18mm (3/4”) Baltic birch plywood and is finished with a durable scratch and scuff resistant black paint. The cabinet also features integrated, ergonomically-placed carrying handles and a built-in top mount flange for an optional speaker mounting pole serving two-way satellite speakers. An optional four-wheel trolley (WT118S) with locking wheels is also available, allowing users to hold two QA118S subs in place for easy transportation, making them ideal for touring and mobile applications.

Qube in action CROSSLINE MUSIC WORSHIP FESTIVAL 2010 - Qube for this big event in Harare, Zimbabwe, with the award-winning american singer- songwriter and choreographer Nicole C Mullen, on stage with her energetic dancers (Team NCM). 24 QSA 210 and 8 QS 218 subwoofers have been used as main sound system.
Qube in action The Arts Hall was a 500-person small hall for County Library and established in January 1984, mainly the performances for local arts. The main loudspeakers, three pcs of Qube QSA112 and one pc of QSA118S line array loudspeaker are rigged at two sides of stage. The front fill installs four pcs of Qube Q106 loudspeakers. Although the budget of this project isn’t enough, Super Light Co. still insists on supplying the best equipments to our customer. After completed, the Department of Subsidizing Funds of Governmental Council for Cultural Affairs checked it at site, and they gave a very high admiration for the sound quality. Qube in action The famous Brazilian singer Alexandre Pires is on tour equipped with Qube QSA210 line array speakers and QS218 subwoofers. The system is powered by PA 360 power amplifiers. The 34 years singer won the "Latin Music Award" by Billboard in 2003 and started an impressive international carrier thanks to the duet with Gloria Estefan; he received the nominations at the Grammy Latin Awards. Qube exhibit at NAMM Show 2010 c/o FBT booth Qube was present at NAMM Show10 held in Anaheim, California-USA, January 14-17 at Booth #6840 in Hall A. The Show increases his attendance in spite of the “worst economic year in recent memory”. Reading the closing release, at show close NAMM reported 87,569 registrants, a 2 percent increase from last year.
Qube in action National Center for Traditional Arts is located in Yilan and the first traditional arts district where is guided to build by government; includes Theater Hall and Traditional Music Hall; performances contain traditional theater, music, dance, arts and acrobatics etc. Theater Hall is a high ceiling building, the space isn’t big but imposing. This project is to improve the main loudspeakers which install QUBE QSA112 / 6 PCS and QSA118S / 2 PCS at left/right side; the ground stacking configures at the 2nd floor balcony, coverage includes the back-section seat area of the 1st, 2nd floor and the seat area of the 3rd floor balcony; the front fill, at the 1st floor, uses QUBE Q110 with 3-foot support at the left/right sides beside side fill. Traditional Music Hall has a storage method for seats. Due to no-deep space, we use 2 pcs of QUBE QM115 15” COAXIAL SPEAKER to do a vertical array installation for bringing a good dynamics and considering a good coverage of seat area. Just as expected, the sound effect is excellent and exciting. The side monitor at the stage also uses QUBE QM115 15” COAXIAL SPEAKER.
Qube in action A Qube system was performing in Silvi Marina. The sound system have been composed by 4 x QSA 112A supended in each tower covering the front audience and 2 x QSA 112A per side on top of a speaker stand to cover the side audience. The system have been completed with 2 x QS 118SA ans 1 x QS 218 subwoofers.
Qube in action 16 QSA210 line array speakers matched with 8 QS 218 double 18" subwoofer performed in a concert in Indonesia. More than 10.00 people attended to the event. The system was fully performing distributing a clear ( mid highs )and punch ( low) sound.

InfoComm 2009 show A lot of Sound contarctors visited the Qube booth and the sound proof room in Orlando InfoComm fair. They appreciated a lot the Qube QSA 112A line array for the clarity and the transparency of the sound. Qube at Prolight + Sound Music Fair Frankfurt Am Main 1 - 4 April 2009 The Qube line array QSA 210 will be demonstrated at the Frankfurt Messe's Concert Sound Arena at 10,40,13,20 and 16,00 every day throughout Prolight+ sound 2009. The concert Sound arena is located in the outdoor exhibition area of the Frankfurt Messe , provided with a stage and covered audience area. The system is composed by 16 QSA 210 two way line array speakers, 8 QS218 subwoofers and powered by 8 PA 360 power amplifiers connected to the SP26 digital controller. All the other Qube products, including the new powered Constant Curvarture Line Array System QSA112A, will be displayed in the hall 4.1 stand n° B 61. The QSA210 is a two way passive line array speaker. Two neodymium 10” loudspeakers, two 1” neodymium drivers handle a power of 600 watts. Easy to use, the new Qube Line Array is made, as well as all the Qube products. The system is based around a totally new radical technology: The Isophasic Plane Wave Generator. By the use of a true acoustical lens in the horn-section loaded by two 1" high- compression neodymium drivers, the result is a line shaped source evenly distributed within the cabinet as well as within the line array. QUBE Seminars in China Qube China distributor Winroad presented the Qube line installation speakers in seminars held in Nanjing and in Hangzhou. Hundred installers hav been partecipating to the seminars. Tug of War – World Championship Tug of War – World Championship is taken place this weekend in Stenungsund, Sweden. 1500 competitors and staff from 50 countries are gathered to compete for the titles. QM115 The QM 115 is a full range monitor with a built in passive filter that, as in all Qube passive speakers, can be switched into two ways bi amp cabinet. The coaxial titanium 2” driver and the 15” LF speaker use separated magnets. The coax driving system is quite close to one point source; this configuration creates a very compact drive assemble that allows to use a compact low profile cabinet. The result is a monitor with a vocal presence and clarity, balanced sound and feedback stability. The QM 115M is capable of high sound pressure. The monitor is made from 18 mm. Baltic birch wood has and scratch resistant paint finishing.
